At The 40 Shift, we specialize in digital ebooks that are available for instant download immediately after successful payment.
Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds
Once you have purchased and downloaded a digital ebook (or accessed the download link), we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in line with standard practices for all digital goods.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
- You were charged twice by mistake (duplicate charge)
- There is a technical issue preventing you from downloading the file after multiple attempts
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number.
Technical Support
If you experience any problems downloading your ebook, please contact us immediately at contact@the40shift.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours).
Important Notes
- Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after download.
- All purchases are non-transferable. The ebooks are licensed for your personal use only.
- We do not store any payment information. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.
